Oh, I see what you're saying. My mom wanted to buy a few of these sorts of houses to fix them up and re-sell them for a higher profit, but she has no time whatsoever. And we're still busy trying to get settled into our new house. Our last house was only $200k and a lot smaller, so we're trying to fill this one up.
