instead of using flour, can i use tomatoe puree to thicken the sauce instead?

@lambosnicko i dought it would work because the flour is a thickener and the main ingrediant but if your okay with the sauce bieng runnier then yeah it will be ok just made less

I'd use chicken instead of beef and lamb- I'm not a fan of those meats with cheese, or with pasta really for that matter. Sounds delicious, but again, not so incredibly healthy, but I suppose one could easily reduce the cheese amount and use more vegetables. Either way, I'm hungry right now! :D
