Basically what nat 2 does. Nat 1 connects directly to the modem/router.

If you want to do it Wirelessly and you're using an Eircom router your WEP key should be written on the modem itself or you could use it's default router IP address 192.168.1.254 to obtain it....Silly question uploader, how did you record this video?

Dude this video is my favorite in all of YouTube now. It only has a tiny amount of views but it work instantly. Some others take ages and only get type 2. (also could you explain why this works TNX)

No probs. It works because your connecting to the internet directly with no router. Connecting with a router will give you a Nat 2. This only works wth eircom.

@liamvdspek It works by connecting directly to the router channel's, applying the username and password in the PPoE settings give's priorty to the PS3, basically more direct than your previous setting's.
