  • how long was the amarone fermenting for in the Glass Carboy before you bottled it? How much longer after you bottled it does it have to sit before you can drink it?

  • I'm still waiting till 2010 for the drinking window. The Amarone was in the glass carboy for about 6 months.

  • Guys! Fun video - WooHOO!!! Doesn't the first bottling feel great? Nice job... but you left one thing out... don't tell me you didn't try some... you MUST have lol I know my first time I uncorked a bottle about 20 seconds after I finished corking haha Great job guys!

  • you're right, we should have shown our toast! We definitely had a bottle that didn't fill all the way and we celebrated that night... I hope it only gets better :-)

  • Great video!! You'll did it like pros. However, you said "This is our first time to ever do this on earth".....so your practice elsewhere sure did help. :-)
