My grandpa was telling me about his grandpa making moonshine in his house. All he did was dig a cellar right under the fireplace and when he started to make the shine he would just start the fireplace at the same time so the smoke would look like it was just chimney smoke

yea same here well my uncles in ky i know my share of it too its easy as hell u take(we used trash cans but any big can thing of some sort will work) sugar water yeast and grain(any kinda grain) and mix it together and let it ferment for well on hot days 2 weeks on cooler days 3-4 and when its bout ready to distill u take the mash(not the grain too) just the shit on top but it in the still fire it up and wait then u can make another batc with the grain still left
