@jamieecruz Hey Jamie, It's the recipe that comes inside the Sprinkles cupcake mix you can purchase online or at Williams Sonoma. Not sure if it's the exact recipe from the shoppe. I can tell you it's darn good.

how do you store this? how far ahead can you make this?

@mymichaelmyviolet You can make it the evening before you are going to use it. I would leave it out on the counter for a bit to let it come up to temperature, then gently mix it to bring it to a spreadable consistency. It will be hard when you take it out, but will really soften as it sits out, you just have to find the balance. I have kept leftovers in the refrigerator covered for a week.
