i guess you mean "dead notes" not palm muted notes. in tabs those dead notes are written as "X". you play them while your right hand plays normally up and down and your lefthand mutes the strings.

on guitar pro it said u needed palm mute. is this true?you dont look like ur doing it :S

only in the second verse(1:03-1:23) you need to palm mute. maybe in the outro a little, too to make it sound more heavy.
