  • Its flagged because people have to sign in and verify they are 18 or older because some moron told youtube it had adult content. Videos that arn't "flagged" do not require verification of age. There is no real way to unflag it, and it doesn't really matter that much, it just means the public cant view this without being a member which = less viewers.
