This also happened to me when I was out fishing the elbow river near calgary, AB in summer of 08. HUGE soap suds started heading toward me when I was wading in the water. Got out pretty quickly, and managed to snap only 1 photo with a disposable camera I got in a case of beer years before, so no real good evidence.

Why would you put "fish farm" in the title of this video, when this video has absolutely nothing to do with fish farms?

despite my report to the DoF and MoE the polluter has yet to be caught!!

I reported this incident to the Ministry of the Environment and they told me it was a Department of Fisheries issue DoF said that it was the MoE's responsibility!?

The sockeye salmon and our other friends don't care either way as long as someone stops the polluter.

I then contacted my MLA for Whalley, Surrey and he notified the David Suzuki Foundation. Will keep you posted!
