  • This song...fills me with the regrets of my life, all the mistakes of the past.

  • Every day I have access to youtube, I watch don ross. You keep me playing! I'll never pick at your level, but I sure try :)

  • Listen to this while on rainymood(dot)com and its omg!

  • @MikeWilsonSTL Haha, kind of silly, but still, it is nice. Definitely sets a certain mood. What made you think of that?

  • @DrBromiAndufEwd

I loaded up this video and forgot to close the rainymood window. Worked for me ^^

  • Don Ross. You own. Period.

  • I think this is the beautiest i've ever heard in my life. Awakes some memories and feelings...

  • I love Don Ross' slower stuff. This and Catherine are my favorite compositions of his!

  • feels kind of baroque

    i like it :)

  • @tobethelight I was thinking the same thing...certain parts definitely have that feeling.

  • In his previous life, he was Mozart

  • If the tab isn't listed on Don's website or Candy, Dr Frankentab might have it !!

  • Don deserves alot more views for his amazing compositions.

  • So beautiful and yet so sad...

  • whats the finguring at 0:06 second? i cant make it out

  • bar indexfinger strings 1-5 on fret 7, pinky string 2 fret 9.

  • iv listoned to most of dons songs but jus heard this if a dictionry was in audio form this would be next to the word beautiful to desribe it! this is perfect!

  • The bridge at 3:02 is the best part of the song.

  • his previous life must have kicked ass

  • Dons wife died..this may be a song to represent his time with her..like closure on his former life with her...he remarried i believe- i met his first wife once..she was really awesome...

  • I like to think it's something less morbid than that that inspires his beautiful pieces

  • how's that morbid?

  • you don't mean Brooke Miller, don't you? i hope you don't :S

  • do you know who was the mother of his son?

  • virtuoso!!

  • does anybody know what tuning hes in for this song?

  • I think he plays it in Eb G D G Bb D tuning.. hope that helps...

  • yep!

  • whats the lowest tuning possible with a "normal" acoustic guitar(no bassguitars or whatever)?

  • up to you mate

lowest i've played in is dropped double GG

  • but there has to be a point when there is not enough tension in the string, do you know what i mean? athts why you need a baritone to play tight trite night in the correct tuning

  • It really comes down to the type and gauge of the strings you're using (not to mention the action of the guitar itself). And actually I can get baritone tunings on my guitar without much trouble, the strings just play a little looser.

  • i play antoines reality with my acoustic and i jus go out n buy like a 54 gauge 2 a 12 gauge n it seems fine and thts in like drop b with the a string tuned up a step and it sounds gd =p

i think its all bout the thickness of ur strings

  • not this song. this song is tuned to Eb, G, D, G, Bb, D

  • this song is really beautiful n soothing don u r the man
