Don't get me wrong. Those lesser known Lockhart places are a solid 6 on a 10 scale (if you're into "that" kind of BBQ), but The Market will forever be the primo of all primo BBQ joits.

Please do not misunderstand. Lockhart's is OK as well. We've done an above average job of thorwing little brother the occasional bone (pun can be intended if you so opt).
Regardless, your devotion to Caldwell County's gristle is most definitely admirable (not to mention cute).
Nice to see the town BEFORE that overpass was put up by the train tracks!
