ok now I kno how 2 clone using crop but ho'd u get it 2 wheree u canm sit down too? just cut film & used a transition 2 join 2 clips & had u sit down on the send 1. or after u got up cut then used full fram 2 sit down???

The position of the crop line can be animated over time. At the start it was in the middle, then when seated guy gets up he has the crop line move to the left as standing guy walks.

In the Effects Control window expand the Crop group and click the white stopwatch, this enables animation. Set a Keyframe by clicking the newly visible white and black diamond to the right of the %. Set keyframes whenever you need to move the line (it will automatically animate the in-between positions)
