My cousin Steve and i were fans of JK around 71-72. We thought he was brilliant, bringing out many singles under different names, and even released through different Record Lables i.e. Decca, RCA, Parlophone, Bell etc !
Mole...I earned ten pounds per day working on that farm in Essex in 1971 and now I bring in just over fifty a day 39 years later! Things haven't improved that much over a wide span of time.
Great music by a true master of pop.

Heavily based on the Mills Brothers 1934 version.

It's only part-time work now though. LOL.

A superb upload!. A brilliant tune too.
It reminds me of the summer of 1971 when I was working on a farm for a week during the school holidays.
I was hardly a 'lazy bones'. I hadn't worked so hard in my life for a tenner, and then had to ask 'them' for the money!
