introduce the male to the females enclosure, make sure she is well fed the day before. Do not try to rush things by poking them with a paintbrush. The male will then vibrate his legs on the ground telling the female of his intentions. If she accepts he will try to flip her upwards and insert both his palps, it will only take about 30 seconds at the most 1 min. Then he will run away as fast as he can, so have his tank right where he can get into it as fast as he can.

i cant tell which is female and male. they're the same size

@LuckyIzzy659 should be the one that was in the tank in the first place, cause when trying to breed they usually introduce the male to the females area.
