yes u can also roll in the demo press and hold L3 and then x button but u have 2 be holding down L3 or else u would end up jumping instead.

from the demo the monster u fight seems quite a bit smarter, hell actually go after the person doing most damage to it and not in a random sequence of attacks but, at least, seemingly chosen attack depending on how far the player is, how high the player is, the movement of the player, etc....
