  • No hate on Yoko but she's not a good singer.

  • Tommy Cooper!

  • toronto peace festival september 1969

  • Lo dijo Lennon Lo dice hoy la Presidenta Cristina Kirchner Señor Cameron!! Demosle una oportunidad a la Paz!! Basta de colonización

  • John borrowed the chorus from Tibetan monks?

  • Such great video quality!

  • Yoko sounds like a dying cat

  • hell does not exist... It's a Christian thing. out, dated, and hungry. Why do you feed a monster? Concentrate on peace, not the things that divide us. The universes.

  • @Marcsince79 It's not a christian thing, the catholic church made it up so people would listen to them out of fear!

  • lucky the gays are not militant... then we'd have a police state of good quality fashion!

  • Yeah Canada... try saying that shit down in Mississipi. John was a black man, waiting to be hung. The USA is fighting a civil war right now. We all know it is about money. "I'm half white," but what the hell kinda way to think? I wish Peace for everyone and especially those who are not white... 9 times out of 10 it is harder for them in this world. Black is just another color... I have never met a white or black person. just shades of pink, orange, or brown.

  • What the heck?!? "I forgot the words, in the middle..." Johnny, please. You wrote this awesome song, so I think you should remember the words!

  • Because, one of the things that really upset me that Goldman said was that John couldn't play guitar. Well, every performance I've seen, he looks like he's playing just fine, sounds good, got rhythm. He was not as smooth a lead player as Clapton or whoever, but honestly, he was one of the best rhythm players I've ever seen, judging by all this live stuff showing up on YouTube. And Goldman went out of his way to say John was overrated and looked like he had Huntington's chorea. Horseshit!

  • Oh my *god*. You know, I read that Goldman book when I was a kid--I kind of idolized Lennon and then I read that book, and it messed me up real bad, because here was Goldman saying all this stuff, I was a kid, I didn't know, I had never seen any of Lennon's performances, there was no Internet, no YouTube, none of that. So to watch this stuff and to watch Willowbrook and to see interviews--Goldman was clearly full of *shit*, and quite frankly I think scared of and jealous of John.

  • @Alithecomedian Fuck Clapton.

  • John Lennon = jesus

  • At about 2:04, minus the weird clapping and of key singing, Yoko really does look like she's admiring John. It's kind of sweet.

  • Lol @ German

  • @Zimnyification whats the matter the he counted on German before start play the song? His international Beatles career started in Hamburg - Germany and he also sang in German at that time. pffffffff

  • More relevant than ever, seems like the whole damm planet is at war or is it just man at war with him/her self? Or should I say fear?

  • @SilvaEuripedes I think its German

  • The Screecher (Yoko) has surprisingly large boobs for a small Japanese woman.

  • 0:19 Does anyone know the language he speaks in this part?

  • @SilvaEuripedes german

  • John Lennon is one cool motherfucker.

  • only 2 arnt giving peace a chance

  • Beautiful...

  • The Toronto Peace Festival was a great one. The Jerry Lee Lewis set was awesome, as chronicled in "The Birth of Rock and Roll" video, plus the Little Richard set.

  • Imagine all the people, living for today, living life in peace, sharing all the world. Imagine a world united in reason and truth, with no war, no poverty, no deception, no division. Imagine a world where we all radiate Love's presence, with absolute appreciation for the Infinite dance of Life. This is the world John Lennon imagined, and we are the ones that can achieve it. Search "Truth Contest" in Google, click the 1st result, then open The Present and read what it says.

  • We still are singing this! Wow! it started 42 years up now!

To be a PEACEMAKER IS THE BEST CONTRIBUTION TO OUR BROKEN WOLD!

    Blessings!

  • @heyitsjeff777 Lennon says interview that if your gonna blame Yoko for spliting up the Beatles then you have to make her responsible for all the beautful music they made since. He says they were driting apart anyway. He did'nt want to be singing She Loves you when he was 30, etc.

  • i think John was pulling your leg .. when you look at his performance here, does he look like someone who threw up before the show ?? do you honestly believe someone with his touring experience and notorious drug use would be so nervous before a show ??? sorry, doesn't make sense ..........
