I worked for one of the biggest drilling companies the first week of January 2010 then left after I saw the equivalent of three 10000 gallon fire department tankers full of shaker runoff and water constantly draining into the earth under a pond liner.
Reported it to the tool pusher and never saw it fixed. Yes it ran 24/7 and I left that job after only 7 days start to finish and will never go back again.
