  • LL can rap. Hands down.

  • One of the first rap songs I ever heard-back when rap was considered a four letter word and all you could see of this was a half hour on Sat. on MTV. This is the best, and I would sooo love one of those old boom boxes again.

  • real talent.

  • @mazand1982 real hip hop J.Cole

  • LL was actually a pretty bad motherfucker, hes def a pioneer of REAL hiphop, lil wayne, and any rappers who came out past 1996 can catch some lead for all im concerned...

  • @mazand1982

1996. You read my mind mazand1982. That's the year i also think music when to down the toilet faster than paris hilton internet porn career. Not just rap though but pretty much every genre i grew up listening to to tell you the truth. Music going back 15 years is the reason why i listen to the 50's to the mid 90's . . . up until 1996 that is. There is SOME music i listen to after that year but it's all movie soundtracks really such as The Matrix, Ecks vs Sever, Sin City etc etc.

  • @mazand1982 1996? hip hop was good until 2001, you had big pun, big l, and dmx

  • LL cool j is one of the best rappers
