So he had time to prop his cel phone up so that it was pointing at the shower, and started recording? Not knowing before had when she would be showering?! I worked for geeksquad and I had one of those PDA phones. He would have to mount in IN the shower, not just the bathroom. They are NOT water proof. She didnt use a shower curtain? No... I think it's bullcrap. He left his cel phone and she cooked up a story.

Interesting that she took the memory chip out and went to verizon to see what was on it. You'd think she could have just done it on the phone itself if she really thought the tech was a peeping tom. Smells alot like an opportunity to set someone up being taken. Wonder how this turned out or will turn out. Surely need enough proof to believe that beyond a resonable doubt the tech started the record himself (cell phones don't have scheduled record).

Lies. ANY MEMORY CARD can hold a maximum 2 hours of video, all they need to do, is retrieve the video from the memory card, see WHEN it started recording, and when it stopped. If it started or stopped anytime he wasn't there, than she is framing him, because cell phones dont have an AUTO RECORD feature. Nuff said, pure lies, case closed. thx. I win. Agent #2943 OUT.

Uh.. he had to use the bathroom? She wasn't taking a shower WHILE he was there! He asked to use the bathroom, and while in there, he rigged his camera up. She most likely took a shower before she went to bed that night or something similar. So why not throw the book at Best Buy? They obviously need to be more discerning when they hire "technicians". Maybe this lawsuit will give them the push they need to weed out the sleezebags from their organization. Plus money = awesome!

So he knew exactly when she would take a shower? And then crept in and hit record? the amount of video it can hold is quite small limited to MINUTES even on the more advanced phones. So you can't just leave it running. She would have had to get in the shower within 5 minutes of him turning it on.

Most common phones will only record a minute or 2 of video with the built in memory. It would seem in all likeliness that if the phone was left there and it was recording video that it either would have been noticed, would have been unintintional or would have run out of memory shortly after the owner left.
