st vincent have right now some of the best if not the best soca artist in the caribbean over the last few years we are producing much better soca

music than Trinidad and thats no doubt and this years so far the music is great again but we have to start respecting all our artist and big them up the same Trinidad, jamaica and barbados is doing there artist making them superstars right at home

We have to ask ourselves if we can listen to this kind of music ( not only fireman ) and truly enjoy it without being under the influence of alcohol. That is a very good way to judge the quality of soca.

@curry5782 i'm not disagreeing with u on the quality of the music in recent years. Touch, Exodus etc. were some real special bands with some real quality music. However, there are quite a number of songs these recent years that u dont need alcohol in your system to enjoy. Though the standard fell off by a great number this year, we shouldn't use this year to downgrade the other years. People from these bands in the past still singing... are we to say they not making good music anymore either?

any real fan of music and especially soca music in general and and any real fan of carnival knows thats carnival have a very unique way of bringing out the animal in all of us sometimes the things you do during carnival you won't even consider doing it in everyday life but its carnival time to let loose and have fun sometimes crazy things but its all good so i think this song is a reminder of the different ways all of us let loose and have fun sometimes. great song fire am loving it
