  • Fascinating! Did the research show which area of neurons were active in the thought control? And does this show we do have free will after all, or only to the extent of directing our attention?

  • This people are regular butchers who invent diseases to afterwards cut people for researches of their own(researches which have nothing to do with what they claim problems are on patients). Thats all. Went through and seen it.

  • this team drop a bombshell in front of my screen monitor! Where did they get this idea?

  • Looked up this guy after I saw his MOTH story.

  • Hoe organs in our body works is just like a mystery.

  • *firewalls

  • i don´t want my thoughts to be controlled...neither to project anybody some pics in my mind...

  • @StochAndi

i guess they're gonna sell brain farewalls in the future, in that case :)

  • @alexgrinkov Buddhism for everyone indeed :3

  • the title seems like a misnomer, the video is related more to thought control than projection

  • What a great channel! I can tell you spent some time on your video and really respect that. Hope you enjoy mine

  • I think its great that credible scientists are saying that our internal world of thoughts and feelings are responcible for the experience of our external world. I always knew that. xxx

  • thought police, anyone?

  • its really scary how this scientist got a german accent :P

  • @michaeldobruskin123 It is likely that he got it by being German.

  • H e r e c o m e t h e r o b o t s !

  • It's like Marylin Monroe is blowing out a huge fart from that dress and Michael Jackson is getting blown away by it

  • There is a device that has been created which allows people to literally MOVE objects from one place to the other, simply by using thought! I am not joking or exaggerating. All the person has to do is look at the object and imagine that the object has been moved. The thought takes only milliseconds to develop the formula for the action. Then, the device will reach out and move the object. It's called an ARM! Sorry, God holds the patent.

  • @FreedomWorkShop Actually scientists have created artificial limbs that interact with the neurotransmitters in the brain, so you can control the robotic arm using your mind, the same as you would a real arm.

  • @FreedomWorkShop Holy shit, I love you man...Hahaha...You make my fucking day every time I read one of your moronic posts. Please, never change...

  • @FreedomWorkShop I love the joke; however, there is some really interesting work going on with paralyzed patients wired into a computer with robotic arms. Pretty impressive stuff. If God has the patent, it might be about to expire soon.

  • Might be best people don't see what my thoughts are....

  • were you mad when you got killed at the end of Die hard?

  • i want to play with one of those.

  • This might be helpful to people with autism/hyper activity/sensory processing this seems to be impared....BUT... if say in an autistic person, who is strong in VISUAL concepts...the ACT of SEEING how the mind CAN be minipulated and controlled by thier OWN will...might be enough to HELP them learn/be aware of the controls they CAN use...to help..manipulate thier OWN attention.. LOOK FORWARD TO MORE STUDIES!!

  • The human brain is amazing.

  • Are you kidding me... Read their paper with some skepticism and then make a crazy statement like "the brain isnt a black box"... Their study has more holes than a slice of swiss cheese

  • @mobohlen: How do you know?

  • This is amazing, I find it brilliant that the brain isn't such a black box any more, we're finally actually beginning to understand how it works, neuron by neuron.

  • Матрица Упячки официально одобряет.

  • im just thinking about making a film about dreams and future opportunity to record it....after few days searching in the net i came up with this....wow thats gr8 research

  • So where did the intention come from to decide what thots to think?

  • @L00kng another part of the brain. The part of the brain that interpreted the instructions to think of one thing over another (ie. the target image).

  • @L00kng: I think that question you asked is somewhat confusing. I think that the whole brain's at work, not just one part of it, when decisions occur.

  • hihi is name is moran

  • lol

  • Thank you very much !

  • Hello, could somebody translate me the interview? I'm doing a "special" homework and i want to tell about all the neccesary things about this subject, i'm very interesting , but my level of english is regular...please. My language is Spanish. I'll be very grateful to you, thanks : )

  • do you have a mental mediumship measurement study? my innermind is like a radar absorving massages, hear ghost/ spirits, People talking and conversation due for me without ay concentration made.

  • @zeegeezee if the person wanted to deceive, they would press the button to the wrong weapon. unlike the method in the video, this one is non-invasive and uses EEG (brainwave measuring equipment). the conventional lie-detector (polygraph) is only correct 60 % of the time, whereas this "P300 detector" was correct 99 % of the time in current tests. It's been used in a US courtroom to free a wrongly-imprisoned man. it can only detect presence or absence of knowledge, not guilt or innocence!

  • @zeegeezee yes, this has already been done. show the subject some murder weapons on the screen and say "press the button to the murder weapon." the brain will involuntarily generate a brainwave called the P300 when it sees the murder weapon regardless of the button press. this is because the brain is put into 'search mode' when you asked the question. the correct weapon then becomes relevant to answering that question, and so its importance cannot be ignored, even if you wanted to lie.

  • what happens, when the monroe neuron dies?

  • INCEPTION!

  • Could this be used to determine if a person has seen something before? For instance, could you take a murder suspect, show him crime scene photos from many different crimes and see if the photos of the crime he is suspected of committing get a higher response? Could not getting a response to certain photos could indicate that someone is not familiar with that imagery?

  • About 20 years ago I read an article in the Journal of Experimental Psychology called something like "costs and benefits of target activation and distractor inhibition in selective attention" that talks about how this enhancement of targets and suppression of distractors works - nice to see it corroborated. --Marilyn

  • wow

  • sounds like it has the potential for memory recovery.

  • @omiolo or vice versa , e.g. suppressing psychological traumas.

  • @BCEMCOCATb Wow, great insight. I didn't think of that.
