  • I love Alan's lyrics.. I knew his name when I heard Tatsuro Yamashita's "JODY."

JODY was Tatsuro's original song and Alan wrote an English lyrics for it, which matched best with the melody. I long wanted to hear Alan's original songs.

    Thank you for sharing this!

  • i needed this reply last night.. hard day..thank u for replying.. U made me smile :)

  • I felt like hearing this song and wondered if you were still out there. If you are, I hope you are well.

    Greetings from New York City.

  • The #1 TV show in America back then was Charlie's Angels...and I'd always wondered if there was some correlation between that and this song...

  • Could be Angels and Angels i always wanted Farrahs hair lol But i couldnt get those fly backs with natural curly hair lol i remember the first blow dryer and curling iron my mom bought me just knew they would help my hair look like Farrahs lol

  • I owned a Qiana shirt...my belt was custom made at the mall and had my name pounded into it...had a collection of iron-on t shirts that told the immediate world the name of my favorite group...mom almost bought me a leisure suit...and don't even ask about the hair.

  • I had to goggle Qiana LOL to fun-nay.. My mom made me were this green pleated skirt and jacket one time and curled my hair like shirely temple and in the picture i got my hands on my hips and i still can remember being so pissed..lol

  • Try to keep an open mind!

A pleated skirt and perm like Shirley Temple might not have been much back then,,,but done properly, it can be kind of sexy, no? ;-)

  • Way! anything done right can be convincing..for instance one of my favorite movie moments is the restaurant scene in When HaRRy Met SaLLy..No? :-)

  • Only one sure way to find out.

Lunch is on me at Katz's Delicatessen (where that great moment in cinema history took place).

    ;-)

  • ooooo u no scaredie Kat ( pun- intended) U do make me smile!

Im an excellent Cliff Diver with my pro card in dismount and entry.. Met the Devil twice.. cause he knows about my facination with fire...lol U cant trump me ive done the restaruant thing lol give me something new...lol sholud we plan a time? like Love Affair that would b kool... never planned it.. :-)

  • The delicatessen would only be the meeting place, sweetie. After that, we play it by ear.

Seems like you have a great sense of humour. Who knows? It might be fun.

In any case, you'd at least get a free lunch. And there is a sign in Katz's over the chair where Meg did her thing.

If you're ever in New York City, let me know.

    ;-)

  • Ur Sweet "If Your're Ever In New York" thank u

Yeah I like to cut-up..lol Who does know? lol

Im alittle South of You lol

I love me some Meg Ryan this last movie was like it was my life lol When i went to see it i was the only one there it was so kool..
