There are few combinations of Kings in his range, KQ, KJ, KT all suited diamonds (agressive players would raise with these Kings on this turn) but big part of his range is missed draws. So this a exemple when a scared card is actually the safest one.

So it's a easy and profitable call by Antonius.

But Antonius can represent not only top pair, but also over pairs and 66, Kx suited that tried to take down on the turn and improved for a top pair and now is value betting against a 6. He makes missed draws with better kick, pairs of five and even sixes fold. So when he checks it looks like he has showdown value and a catch bluff, because the river is a "scared card'' he might let his opponent bluff into him and there's no value in bet.

This is one of the things that not really good players often do without thinking too much, calling with draws and try to bluff scared cards when they miss their draws. When Antonius bet this turn and check the river his range is a made hand almost 100% part of the time, if he had bet a draw or air he would fire this river to try to take it down. When this guy just call it's because he has a 5 or a draw, and there are many possible draws on this board.
