Frack drilling (and many other practices) are key indicators that human life on planet earth as we know it will is coming to a close. We are a species that does not know any better than to poison our own water supply !!OUR OWN WATER SUPPLY!! for profit?!?

Hey NY, if you dont like gas drilling, you should stop the following;
1) dont heat your house with it
2) dont cook with it
3) dont use it all
And maybe if we had this technology in 2001, you might have a different skyline in manhatten today. Keep using that foreign oil and suffer another attack

If we followed the Constitution, "equal protection" would mean something. But the unelected fourth branch of government -- the immense, unaccountable federal bureaucracies -- like the EPA, doesn't give a damn what you, congress, nor I think -- what's fair -- or whether the Constitution authorizes its existence. Which is something to think about long and hard in 2012.

You will never stop them from Frack Drilling, I know it's hard to accept but opposition will never succeed. Someone told me that China is preparing to mass produce Cars that run on natural gas and that’s why that are drilling for Gas like crazy, this information is not public yet and was from his father who is a large investor and travels all over the World. Also heard Oil Companies are making Large Investments in Gas Drilling

I live in Pa. I received a brochure from my Pa Sen. The Sen. is trying to impose Taxes on Gas Drilling. Called his office & spoke with a staff mem. & asked what's the Tax for? He said for the environment, I asked what specifically will it be used for? He said "open space and 25% will be for Water Quality". I said you are taxing the Gas Drilling companies, in return raise their prices we will pay for and I told him no filter will clean the chems used in Fracking. Got me off the phone fast

Why don't you spend your time asking the EPA to just ban certin frac fluids? Trying to ban natural gas drilling isn't going to get you anywhere, but if all else fails just mention Bunker Hill (3 billion superfund site) and their contanimated ground water that might help you cause a little.

@davesondergaard My Well water is over the limit for the gas additive MTBE. Been in touch with the EPA, back & foruth kind of thing and now they don't answer their phone in the local office near my home. The EPA was formed to protect the Large Corporations only, to allow them to pollute. Most people think it was formed to protect the people, I know it's a shocking thing to except, but its true.
