wow, that was quite decent. woulda been nice to have a practice dummy with the "knee" further in, to make the transitions more smooth and not feel so awkward to break up the energy. clearly showed good "faht ging", balance, root, footwork and some "sup-ji kiu sau faht" concept.

It doesn't like Hung Gar style although he was using a lo of horse stand.
The striking stragedy and method soesn't like Hung Gar. I just learn and watch Wing Chung a little bit but I don't recon it is Wing chung.

relatively low horse stance + hitting instead of sticking = Hung Gar.
Wing Chun would have had him in Yee Gee Kim Yeung Ma and more smoothe movements.
