We have never tried enemy combatants in civil courts until after the cessation of hostilities. In fact, I'm not aware of any modern country that ever has. In this case, it would be a very bad idea since we would have to expose our info gathering processes and our own people and friends in foreign countries that helped us capture these guys...putting their lives in jeapardy. That would jepordize our national security since our info sources would dry up in many cases...especially in the ME.
