Nice intent through the motions, just a few pointers: 1. never lock elbows during long bridge, when you connect with an opponent you want your muscles to bear the opposing force, not your joints. 2. right now, your stancework is getting you from point A to B, whereas in Hung system stancework's main purpose is power generation and rooting. 3. Three months in any southern system and you shouldnt be learning forms yet...you should still be in stance work.

Yes, I did martial arts before.I started practicing kung fu in Greece since I was 7 with Master Angelos Papadatos, then I did some Taek Kwon Do, and then 5 years of capoeira regional with in the grup Jacobina Arte with mestre Pitbull. It was the first time that I practiced Hung Kuen with Sifu Frank Bolte. He has been an excellent Sifu and I have learned a lot from him, I am very greatful to him.
