you should take a course in logic. If your proposition is the case that all poor people are lazy then all I have to do is provide one counter-example. migrant farm workers are poor and clearly not lazy. weather they are legal or not has nothing to do w/ the fact they are poor and work hard.

@marcpentacoff -- if you refinance your debt at a lower interest rate, you are not adding to your debt; actually, you are reducing your debt (i.e., that in which is owed).
@JayGeePee1 -- borrowing the same amount of money but at a lower interest rate to pay off your debt is not adding to your debt. I'm glad you don't care what way I put it, so I'll put it this way, "YOU ARE WRONG."

i know guys may not like my response, but he is right. You can borrow money at lower rate (e.g., 4% to replace a 5% rate) will not add to the debt because you are effectively reducing your debt load and/or interest rate payment. As you know, reduce your interest and you pay (in the short- and long-term) less interest on your debt.
