There isn't really a trail head because you

have to hike to the top or get shuttled to

the top to get to the downhill runs.

2005 IronHorse 7point3 frame. All other parts are aftermarket. Let me know if you want me to list them. There are plenty of other places for DH in San Diego, mostly farther east and south though. A couple great places are Anderson Truck Trail and Noble Canyon.

The video was uploaded quite a while later after the filming was done, so I am much faster now. ;-) I think the biggest tip I can give you is to feel comfortable on your bike. Know how it reacts on different surfaces, in the air, etc. It may also help to hook up with a better rider in your area and ask for some tips. Good luck! I

Thats probably the best spot in the area, but there are other places equally good around San Diego such as Anderson Truck Trail, Noble Canyon, etc.
