The lights creating this effect were added during its 10 month refurb. They are LED fixture mounted to the back of the facade.
I think the traing passing by was just a coincidence that happened during testing. In order for this to work, they'd have to install a sensor or contact switch to the tracks to trigger DECS/DACS(whichever) to control the lights. This isn't a over-night task because of saftey pre-cautions, with the train and tracks.
ur sure? that look pretty in sync with the train. It looks like it could be like that on purpose.

these r just the projected lights.
Are they still doing the 1000 little lights on the face of it?

They will still be doing the 'holiday' lights. This is more for when it converts back to the normal small world.
