Can anyone tell me what all this rambling is about? She says she has been working with the gov. there to make changes (help), that the people have been thru so much, that they are strong and resilent, and (therefore), deserve our help (now)? So if you are weak, you do not deserve help? So she has to justify helping them now? Strange. It almost implies there has been a different agenda in place.
