I have read that Mr. Jeffs often stares at those he has met with as flds leader. A young husband and father that Jeffs kicked out several years ago spoke of Jeffs staring long at his "wives" who were at various safehouses before speaking to them. Jeffs is very nearsighted. He is also quite calculating.
