I finally discovered where I have heard this particular music before. It was featured in the NFL Film, "A Chilling Championship" - the original highlight reel from the "Ice Bowl," which was played 40 years ago this week. If you don't know what I mean, type "Ice Bowl" into Google.
If those other tracks were used by NFL Films at the time, you might find them in the first few volumes of "Autumn Thunder." You can listen to samples online. I will post a link shortly.
@wolficatz Zero hour was used in NFL by David Dunlip or Dunlop. Great Jazz tune. Type in Spiderman Zero Hour also used in the Spidey series during the 60's they also have a bunch of NFL songs
Yes there are 3 or 4 other really good tracks in the film; I'll upload as soon as I can....I would really like to find some high quality studio recordings of these tracks.

"West Side Rumble" sounds a lot like music used in the series "GI Diary", narrated by Lloyd Bridges. Would have to dig out an old VHS to compare...
