And seriously, no "Secret of Mana" and "Seiken Densetsu 3"? The music's completely immersive, the graphics are the most advanced 2D, and the plots are incredible. "Seiken Densetsu 3" lets you choose between 6 different characters, and has 3 different stories. Talk about immense.

I think old school and new school both have a lot to offer. I'm sort of from in between cuz I grew up on the N64, but I love many modern games (Twilight princess, Oblivion, Fable 2, etc) as well as old school games (the nes and snes zeldas, chrono trigger, super metroid, etc.). So both sides have their fair share of good games (as well as the middle, with games like Ocarina of time... i'm a zelda fan, as you can probly tell).
