  • when i first heard this song i laughed so hard i started to cry. it sounded sickening (my laughter, that is) :D

  • I see it as Charolette's web... Charollette pretty much realising that everyone else around her was an idiot that didn't help. *brought you all here to discuess* when she gathers then to help the pig and they do $hit all. Plus it includes spiders. and "how not to be saved" because she knew she was going to die, and couldn't change it.

    Just my two cents.

    Tl;dr: Charollette's web

**Yes i know i spelled charolette wrong.

  • personally, the "story" i allways think of when i hear it is: he is at a podeum many years after he knew them they are politisians and leaders, its a party and he goes up to give a speech. all of them are sly and will do anything for an advantage, he's experianced each one of their deceptions, but still loves them all in a weird way, he knows he's no better than them and can laugh at how horrid they all are. they ahve helped him, and hindered him at certain times.

  • I thought Volvo's were safe? :P LOL

  • Thank You Cassie ;)

  • @MeLiNaKi92 Same. :D ♥

  • you know, when i hear this i always think it has some sort of conspiracy theorist theme behind it, where he rounds up everyone involved in the conspiracy, calling them treacherous, as he knows they are terrible people, but that wont stop them. Everyone around him is slowly being brainwashed to his ideas as he speaks. But the lyrics dont really support this, do they?

  • This is actually more like their album "of the blue color of the sky"

You can call it more melancholic... but still fckng awesome

  • Alot different than their other songs i know but i still love it! this song ALWAYS gets stuck in me head though!!

  • dominic fear sent me

  • nice song=)

  • HANNA IS NOT A BOYS NAME SONG.

  • @MarticusProductions It totally reminds me of HiNaBN! <3

  • Hmm. What a weird song. Does anybody even know what it's about? I mean, it's pretty addicting in a mysterious, mind-boggling way.

  • @DubbleBubble303

I actually don't really know... Kinda sounds like a super-villain sitting down in a rural town hall after his new arrival, and speaking to the townsfolk about the several different... Things... He dragged into it.

  • @wahttehfuk Yeah. I know what you mean. So weird....

  • @DubbleBubble303 it has to do with the lead singer Damian's girlfriend, I believe.

  • for some reason i got addicted to this song

  • even after two years, I still randomly get the urge to listen to this song.

  • hell yeah

  • Strange song, but beautiful in its way. It gives me chills...

  • This song is awesome.

Y'all might like John Coulton too if you like this song

  • @YzzamDruid- And I might like you if you like both this song and JoCo.

You have fantabulous taste in music, good sir/madam.

  • @YzzamDruid

If you listen to OK Go and JoCo, I also agree. Excellent taste in music.

And I just realized that some of Jon's stuff really does sound like this. There's something here that reminds me of "Creepy Doll" and "RE: Your Brains."

  • This is the bestest song ever.

  • hey I got an idea! Maybe its a sort of macabre dark story behind the lyrics. Likes he invites this group of backstabbing, hypocritical friends who werent there in his moment of need, and then begins speaking to them, and as we hear the words "fate of my children" he unleashes his spiders upon them! :D

  • Win! I like it. XD

  • YES!

  • @audiophil92 That is like the best interpretation of this song. That totally made me smile! XD Also I was thinking kind of along the same lines.

  • @audiophil92 or maybe....yeah that's a good story 'cuz i can't think of a better one, or weirder, for that matter.

  • I would adore having a music box that sounded like the openeing of this song. It would be amazing!

  • I really like it :P

  • what is this song even about?

    like spider kids?!

  • I'm amazed at how similar this is to some of the work on "Of the Blue Color of the Sky."

I've always loved this song. It might be my favorite of their songs. Blue Sky has so much awesomeness like this in it that it might be my favorite overall album from them.

Now to wait another 5 years for the next one. :D

  • I like to listen to this when I am angry and tired. Never miss

  • I love Ok Go!!!

I have a few Lyrics Videos for them myself :)

  • Gotta love those spider kids.

  • One of my favorite OK Go songs :D

Such a random topic tho :P

  • it's a good song, but i don't know why you care what people think. you didn't write it or anything.

  • It's good to know what people like if you're interested in people, or in writing songs.

  • LOVE this sonnngggg

  • ahh, i agree with you.. can't figure it out either. :@

  • is it a song by gorilaz?

  • they sound like The Eels

  • Marcy's Playground- Sex and Candy, maybe?

  • I think it might be a song by Gorillaz. That's the most likely thing Ive heard sugeested so far. Ill have to look in to it.

  • Anyone have tabs for this song? Or at least the cords?

  • Haha, after there hit song "Here it Goes Again" it's weird hearing this from the same guys
