The album is called "Cities: the Cat Empire Project," it shouldn't be too hard to find within Australia but if your anywhere else you'd need to order it. The Cat Empire's other two albums; self titled and "Two Shoes" are better though so if you don't have those I'd look into them first, they've both been released internationally as well. Their latest album called "So Many Nights" comes out in Australia on Sept 22.
