  • big ?

    are you kidding me

    this is a fucking toy

    THIS IS BIG /watch?v=78OxC3WtooI&feature=related

  • Whoa! Red and Green? It's like Christmas on tracks.

  • the excavator is a Case 800 CX. It's weight is about 80 metric tonnes. It loads about 5 to 6 cubic meters (6000 litre). They were working on th ehighway A73 nearby Venlo in the Netherlands. The owner is Van Kaathoven fro Beek & Donk

  • thats tiny... 250 tonne at most.. and to who ever wanted to know how much dirt is in an average bucket- 30 cubic meters.

  • @GforcePilotAustralia dunno wat 250 machines u look at but your way off

  • leenearts uit born!

  • that operator would be fired in ontario union job for swing to load near or over the cab .. dumb asss

  • it wast THAT big

  • cool. good work.

  • not big. the cars on the road looks bigger

  • that scoop is almost enough to feed rosie o donnel

  • deam that is so boring .. i wonder how can those workers finesh this

  • Wow.... I run an 1800 Hitachi and load triple sevens some end dumps and some 77 yard belly dumps and the fastest way is in and out straight through load over the ass end... but that shit looked messy as hell so what works best

  • is that an 850??....

  • hope he's not loading over cab

  • thats a small as excavator

  • holy shit balls.. after watching this video .. my son wanna have one off those.

  • if you wanna see a big ass excavator look up the caterpillar d8r man that thing is chuck norris's ferrarri!

  • @jeffandscottvideos1 chuck norris is a piece of shit republican.

  • @blackelk7373 Hes an old bird who needs to get shot down

  • @jeffandscottvideos1 1st The D8R is not an excavator, it's a dozer, 2nd it's not very big

  • Bad driving , slewing to his blind side and towards the cab of the dumptruck.

  • where is the wheelie... the jumps.... the crashes XD

  • CLAP CLAP $ THE HANDICAP

Honestly though, u deserve the clap but its a pretty hadicapped idea.

  • In the USA we have excavators that could pick this one up.

  • the thumbnail showed tonka toy A in the back of tonka toy B, lol.

  • one of the smallest ive seen >_>

  • When I saw the thumbnail, I thought the excavator was in the truck.

  • wheres that big 1?

  • I think he doesn't swing over the cab, the video just makes it look like it. All that aside, he could have changed the bench around to load safer and more efficently. By the way its a Case CX800 excavator and a Volve A25 truck.

  • @KyleJe typical learner operator comment change his bench hahahah you pups make me laugh. why not just get the truck to driver under rather than back under and hey presto the cab is at the under end. hahaha

  • LOL.... 2 scoooops

  • @jefffurrow ive seen a few 5230's.im pretty sure this is a hitachi ex3600-6. same size, either way BIG EXCAVATOR. nice shots too dutchtrainmanseries22!

  • @marsupialassjam read the side of the excavator.

  • wtf slewing over the cab of the dumper that guy should be sacked, the moron!!!

  • youtube.com/watch?v=1E2w1UrLEfM&feature=search

  • in soctland a usual only see these dumpers carryin the coal to the sitee where it getz put onto a train an not tht big of a excavator :L

  • is that the A25 dumper?

  • check out the german built leibherr.they are monsters.

  • jst toyz thts alll ,dnt let m fool U

  • no i o huj tu niby chodzi?

  • @olo1916cwks sam nie wiem ;p chyba o to ze on z ta lyzka nad jego kabina to przenosi ;p ja pierdole.. ;p nie maja czego wrzucac.. pewnie sie spuszczaja jak to ogladaja :D

  • how manny tonnes ? :-)

  • cool!

  • Cool. Nartard.

  • Why load over the cab of the truck? Is this normal? The truck should move forward .

  • niny

  • I don't see any danger here.

  • what a dickhead who loads over the cab?

  • niemals übers Führerhaus laden ;)

  • d.i.c.k sized

  • O.o

  • the color is cool! haha

  • should`nt go over dumper cab at anytime with bucket, only needs a hose to fail!! HSA would have had a field day there.

  • who picked out those colors? it definatly stands out a bit

  • those r some fruity ass colors for a machine...atleast its better than those japs with there pink machines...nice excavator tho case machines r very under-rated..cool video

  • big?

  • i agree bandido laying pipe is bad and im only 17 i do that stuff everyday after school its hard and very dangorus

  • Until youve laid pipes you will never know what danger around an excavator is.

  • wow, 2 scoops and its full, now thats a good size bucket.

  • wow are they color blind??? thats the ugliest excavator i've ever seen!!! i'm sure he's not swinging over the cab ....but i would've set it up to load over the rear...you can start unloading your bucket sooner ..... smother faster more fluid movement ;)

  • The bucket is probably wider than the dumper, i guess that's why he's loading it over the side!

  • A good operator would never even consider loading over the cab......you're watching a good operator!!

  • Que ocioso de mierda se pone a grabar esta weuabada???

  • heuj das van kaathoven bij ons om de hoek:P

    leuk machientje btw

  • if you ppl couldnt see, he pulled the arm in, he didnt swing over the cab

  • I suppose this could seem dangerous to someone from "the office", but to the average

"working man" that's just another day on the

    J O B !!

  • klein :P

  • very danger ???? you make me laugh....

  • Some people just aske for negetive comments when a video like this is on you tube

  • yes there are times when you half to swing near the cab buy this is clearly not one of them. He should be cleaning and throwing he material behind the truck and he is to high to be productive. The bottom of the track should be even with the top of the tire PS if you think that is a difficult site you should come to the pacific north west

  • so if u look on here for w.a. rasic you will see some of my companies stuff. we do have a pc1250 and 1000. also a hitachi 1200. indeed you never want to swing over a cab but there are times when you will get close. no i dont believe he is swinging over the cab. although there are times when you do swing near cab for different reasons and it is sometimes impossible not to. if you havent came across the situation then maybe you dont operate enough or just dont get difficult jobs to excavate.

  • @operatorbytrade Non- union Scab!

  • Yeah, so I was expecting a Big excavator..... I work on, and operate a 3600 Hitachi hydraulic shovel, as well as the 785 caterpillar haul trucks in a mine...... and Im like all the other guys...... its a no no to swing over the cab....... and I load over 400 truck loads a shift when in the shovel.......

  • loading over the cab is a big no no...

  • i cant believe ther is a part one to this video.

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • i would fire him because he should be loading that truuck over the tail gate so he could empty his bucket in one smooth motion and not have to stop the loaded bucket , then dump, then risk the drivers life while he swings back he is wasting time ... as for the operating engineer your response is what i would exapect from a union guy that has no sense of production

  • Indeed. that is why he is actually operating the excavator and you are actually posting a comment on youtube.

  • hi, thanks you is good, 5*****

  • Lots of comments from top operators around here....You never, ever, swing a bucket anywhere near the cab of the vehicle being loaded. Not only can something fall out but hydraulic systems fail and that will drop the boom so fast nothing can be done, especially when loaded.Operating 101

  • You hack critics can line up and suck it, the operator was performing as expected. I was an Operating Engineer for 10 years before becoming a pilot, I see nothing wrong. Fuck You all.

  • You have a fancy term for a Hoe operator theres the right way and the wrong way and this is defintely the wrong way, i load thousands of trucks a month and never swing over the cab I would be fired on the spot and a full load would be a step in the right direction.

  • k well then somethings realy wrong with that.. i may only be 20, but i have worked around this stuff for most of my life. the cabs may be re-enforced, but not enough to protect it from anything big( ie the bucket or boom. as many actual operators have pointed out.. this is just plain STUPID

  • If the number on the machine is correct, his bucket should be a 7-8 yard one.

  • I would love to know how many yards that bucket was, damn.

  • 7-8 yards

  • @rdw283 40 yard

  • @hard2kill1234567 What the hell do you think this is a dragline? More like 10 or 15 yard

  • @rdw283 its not as much as it appears. That truck looks to be a a25 d model which holds 17 yards "heaped". That truck still has room for one more bucket till its loaded but the camera shuts off. That would be about 6.5- 7 yards per bucket. Still a big bucket so dont get me wrong. We used to fill a40 d volvos that hold 30 yards of material with 3 scoops with a 385 cat excavator. That was a big ass bucket

  • Greenhorns, loading a wiggly wagon, should almost always be a drive by, looks like they got 40 acres to work with why not use it to advantage, that and the truck is only 3/4 full, grade score would be a "c" at best

  • dam 2 bucket loads lol

  • ya that definitely was not over the cab and besides that there is nothing wrong with doing that. oh wait for some people the 1 in a fucking billion chance is to much chance my bad ...

  • HE DID'NT GO OVER THE CAB.

If you look closely you will see he goes on the side of cab and not over it.

People these days jumps to the conclusion without taking a closer look.

Or using their BRAIN to think.

The same goes for judges and jurys around the world not just USA.

  • i drive a 360 digger like this. not as big tho and the first thing i see him do wrong was slew over the cab.....its just plain common scence that you dont do that

  • that was shit. i wanted a crash!

  • A Thief stolenyou videos, dutchtrainmanserie23 is the thief

    and stolen videos from dutchtrainmanserie22.

  • if u watch it properly he's not going over the cab, and a proper driver would no that u can load a dumper that way safley, especialy with the reach on that machine compared to the dumper. wankers

  • waste off time to swing over the cab and really dangerous

  • Hes not.

  • yea that is a huge no no...i watch a guy that changed from his compactor wheel back to his bucket..he didnt get his quick release locked right. when he swung his stick over the truck he was about to load his bucket came off and landed on the front edge of the drivers side on the truck....completely destroyed the hood as well as did some engine damage. if the bucket would have came off sooner it would have crushed the cab and most likely the driver...

  • Loading that way is a huge NO NO!!

  • non operator could have kiled the drive

  • nice work swingin the stick over the cab

  • hey man vid is cool but tha operator needs lessons lol!!

  • I run a hoe and it is a no no but look closer and he doesnt even come close to the cab, hes beside it then he swings out to reach the box.

  • @madcatish but could he find a slower way to load a truck i would fire him for humping the pooch

  • @madcatish no dosent wen does the dipper arm come out?? i dnt see it, all he does is turn the bucket out there fore he goes over the cab nt that it's his fault truck driver should of drove in froward's not backward's

  • fn sick

  • that aint shit i run a pc1800. and yeah you never swing over a cab.

  • it doenst look big at first but holyy !

  • thats a cool video.

  • Thanks.

  • @dutchtrainmanserie22 you need a tailgate

  • @bnsfatsf tell me yourbeing sarcastic ??

  • I`d fire that idiot for loading over the cab like that

  • I agree if he loaded me like that i would just keep driving

  • yeah...you never ever swing over the cab like that. He would be gone in a second

  • its most likly the owner only explanation y his not fired!

  • @hugepianis I know.. That shocked the hell out of me man. I would be afraid to back anywhere near that idiot.

  • well your a fucken big timer then arnt you!

  • @hugepianis Better re hire him because he is not loading over the cab.

  • @badaztrike depends on wat angle you're lookin. if the boss sees from that one it doesnt really matter. always come from the back. thats why it turns 360 degrees

  • @hugepianis indeed!!! pretty bloody stupid, never slew over a cab ever!

  • perfect load. besides its off road.

  • yeah thats a 50 tonner not so big

  • it's a case cx 800, operating weight 82 ton

  • Mi pregunta es la siguiente, el conductor esta en la cabina mientras, toda esa cantidad de material pasa por sobre su cabeza?

  • Big Excavator??? Apparently, you,ve never seen a 5230 Cat. That little truck would fit inside the bucket. :~)

  • In the Netherlands is this machine a big Excavator.

  • :~)

  • @jefffurrow there is larger stuff than the 5230 ;)

  • ya thats a biggin

  • Dumper welke dumper?. Dumper whitch dumper?.

  • dumb operator never load over the cab

  • keep in mind the bucket might be wider than that dumps body. but he shouldnt be goin over the cab like that.

  • I have to agree that he isnt loading the proper way.But i dont think he was swinging any where near the drivers cab.I think it is the angle. But he is crowding himself.

  • crowding keeps that baby on the mound.

  • whether he swung directly over the cab or not, lumps and rocks fall from the bucket and fly. Ive seen accidents where people have been killed from a rock flying into their cab and killing them. That rock truck is barely half loaded. That guy is an idiot and lucky he hasn't killed anyone yet. By the way i run these machines for 30 years, look at my videos for proof.

  • Gets the cab of the truck dirty none the less, the operator could swing the other way or park the truck the other way, drive in and back out. With that machine productivity is no problem - this size machine could load 25+ trucks easy!

  • 2 scoops in every box!

  • The bucket is not going over the cab.but next to it.Not the most efficient way to load a truck as you have to crowd your arm back in after you dump so you dont swing over the cab, like he is doing in the vid ,watch it properly!

  • wow if that broke that guy would have been ownd

  • I tend to agree with MarkHammer. If you look closely at around 21 to 23 seconds, you can see the bucket THROUGH the cab of the artic. And then he swings behind it. When he dumps, he moves the stick and bucket out over the box to do it. I think it was just the camera angle, guys.

  • And how many job sites, mines or quarry's have you worked in? Ever deal with an MSHA inspectors, they hand out $50,000 fines, or shut jobs down for offences like this! How many MSHA training classes or certifications do you hold? If there were a hydraulic line break on the boom, arm, or bucket, how far will they fall before the hydraulic fuse kicks in, if at all.

  • Relax, DBB! I was only suggesting that an infraction MAY not have occurred. Reread what I said. As far as mines and quarries - zero. Job sites, too many to count. Same question back atcha, bro. And regarding MSHA certs, that has nothing to do with ones ability to make an observation and comment on it. I was stating an opinion, so don't get so uptight. And yes, I've seen booms freefall when the lines go.

  • To continue my last messsage, I am not saying that he did not swing over the cab, but that it APPEARS that he may not have done so, but that the camera angle and distance may have made it appear that he did. With that 'high IQ' that you say 'boggles some people', one would think you would have picked up on what I was saying, n'est pas?

  • One last comment to DBB: And yes, IF the operator did in fact swing over the cab, then of course he should not be within 1000 feet of an excavator, or any other piece of heavy equipment. And I'd trade an operator with a certification for one with decades of experience any day of the week. I've seen some real lousy 'certified' operators. I do have certification as an excavator operator, but if I had to choose between my experience and the cert, it wouldn't even be a close contest, bro.

  • Lastly (to DBB):

    I like your bike!

  • Thanks, which bike did you like?, I have to clue you in, I was a hot shot once, doing the same in the video. Big JD machine, big bucket W/thumb, JD controls (I was used to Cat)loading a big chunk of rip-rap (concrete). The pile of dirt I was sitting on, well the wall sluffed out from under me, and my load almost went thru the cab, I almost killed a fellow operator/friend that day (my foremans son). The day you think it won't happen is the day it will.

  • Machine driver slewing a loaded bucket over the moxy's cab??? totally stupid!

  • I can not belive you guys enjoy watching this? Favoured 26 times?! I am properly confused.

  • Some people like watching rock concerts, some like watching trucks and trains... everyone has their thing!

  • Dumb ass operator, you never ever swing a loaded bucket over the top of another operator (In Truck)

  • Yes,you took the words right out of my mouth, its a good job it,s not lumps of concrete on the way to the crusher. He look,s like an inexperienced machine driver.

  • Don't think it was anywhere near the cab - just looks like it because of the telephoto lens. You can see the bucket is moved towards the truck once it's swung over.

  • The operators boom went right over the cab, if I were the forman on that job, first time I see it, it's a warning, second time the operator will be on the out of work list! Period! Telephoto my ass.

  • Ja dat klopt.

  • verlenging a73

  • cool, ive been there
