1) People who constantly correct your grammar and spelling.

2) When someone of a different native country with a strong accent cuts your hair or takes your order at a restaurant, and you can't understand anything they say, making both of you confused.

3) Having bitten off fingernails.

4) Bugbites.

5) Long car rides.

6) People who yell at other drivers while they are on the road. The other drivers cant hear you, so there really isnt a need to yell.

Ugh...once I was making dinner, and there was an open box of pasta in the pantry so I decided to make the end of it. When I did, I just poured the whole box into the boiling water...turns out there were tiny flies living in the box and they ended up getting cooked into the pasta. No need to explain why we ate sandwiches for dinner that night.

uh i HATE it when people are driving w/ cell phones! like seriously i doubt it's that important and if it is pull over because you can kill someone. even when people are talking on their phones in grocery lines and in the restaraunts. seriously people are so rude

Usually if you listen through the whole advertisement which lasts about 30 seconds, they say "press this number to be removed from these updates" or something, and if you do that they won't call again. That happens to me all the time!

My opinion on your pet peeves.

1. Never had wet chopsticks so i don't know how that goes

2. TOTALLY AGREE. My sister does it all the time. It sends chills down my spine

3. i hate bugs too. there was a grass hopper in my kitchen and i screamed and ran away. i was so grossed out.

4. people used to call us thinking we were pizza hut. we would take there order and give them fake total's. we would tell them it would be 30 mins. its fun to mess with people

Ugh I hate that metal-sliding-on-the-teeth sound. It's like nails on a chalkboard. Wow, do you get these calls on your cellphone or your land line?

I'd have to say my pet peeves are: open mouth chewers/tasters (ahh THAT sound...), ppl who ask "know what I mean?" w/o telling all the facts, ppl who don't return borrowed items the way it was lended, cashiers who put my change on the counter instead of my hand even when I hold my hand out, ppl who text or send IM's w/ TONS of typing errors,

Yughhh I also hate warms and insects everywhere. Once I had a cabbage for 2 das only, in my fridge, and after there were tons of disgusting wamrs inside, i do not know how so many of them could hide in it and I did not notice them while buying, but... yughhhh

my no.1 pet peeve is when i am trying to spend time with my sister and her boyfriend keeps calling. next time we spend time together i am going to ask to use her phone and secretly turn off the sound and vib. he he... i relate to your pet peves too=)

My friend once was eating Teryaki Chicken in her bed, and when she cut her chicken, she saw a little black hole. When she kind of explored into it, she saw a burnt worm! She screamed, and was so amazed that the worm had made it through the oven cooking time! I love your six pet peeves, they're just like mine!

I never really realized but a lot of the things you mentioned actually really annoys me too. Like the wet chopsticks lol or sometimes when they rinse your bowl with hot tea if you go out and eat. >_>;

1) Double negatives (ex: "I didn't do nothing")

2) Tailgaters

3) People who always HAVE to have their way

4) People who think an insult is a reasonable argument (ex: "Well he/she's just stupid" when discussing Aristotle)

5) People who might as well have their cell phone turned into an earring (can't you put the thing down for /five minutes/ and talk to the cashier /only/?)

6) Those I dub "internet freaks" who just come onto the internet to be mean for no reason at all

Oh my gosh I really really hate the metal utensil thing as well since childhood! Scraping against teeth or even scraping on a plate, it gives me goosebumps and it's just awful! I agree with ya! :)

I think by them slowing down to look at another accident is very dangerous to themselves and other drivers around them. There might be little kids, babies in other cars. What is there to look at. Just some damaged cars and people and the cops writing down info. It's not like there's a alien there. I just have to let this out cause I find it really annoying when igorant people do that.

oh about the car thing...I find it annoying is when traffic slows down and it's not due to a accident. It's due to when drivers slow down to look at the accident that happened a while ago (the people involved in the accident has already parked to the right side of the feeway not blocking any lanes). One time this car crashed into the back of another car because the driver was looking at damage of another accident that was on the shoulder of the freeway. I mean that is soo annoying.
