I love this song, I remember when I was in the Atlantic coast walking on the white sands and listening to this album (From the door to door) with a Walkman in cassette (i just have this cassette... because i had forgot the rest of my music back in home... and the water was so crystalline, blue... palm trees, solitary beach... living in a big palm house with hammocks..drinking beers ... yes, what a nice times... it was for 3 weeks, then i loved this album... I was 17 years old far away from home

Good to hear you have a great taste in music. Benjamin was their best lead singer. Ric Ocasek wrote all the lyrics and also sang probably half the songs, and he said in an interview that he would give the best songs to Benjamin to sing, as he knew Ben could do the best job. I just recently bought Heartbeat City, which is my favorite CD. Drive is my all-time favorite with Ben singing the lead. This band will never go out of style!
