there weren't many big names in that team except for krol and maybe van der kerkhof. the generation of cryuff, neeskens and haan looked gone.

thanks for this upload° it was the first soccermatch I saw live on tv. my parents allowed me to stay up a lot later as usual, I was just 8 years old and lived in holland. it was so exciting, live soccer, and than in a country you could not simply visit. the speaker on tv in leipzig , you heard him by phone far away. it was almost impossible to get asleep after this event. mow, 32 years later, it is still exciting to watch this. my wife? she is from DDR !!! simply great, you must know!
