I discovered r.a.w. back in 1994 when I introduced to the "dead tapes"- if you don't have or have never heard the "dead tapes" than you are an incomplete junglist in my opinion -I have never heard a d.j. before or since who can duplicate his sound whether it was a mix-tape (fuck c.d.'s and mp3's)or a live set (again, fuck c.d.'s and also lap-top d.j.'s). I come from lancaster, ca., and me and my droogs used to drive downtown into some real ghetto neighborhoods just to hear tis dude.

6blocc's "This is Dubstep" records are out of control, SICK. This man is obviously a genius. For me dubstep totally BURIED Jungle/D&B, that stuff sounds so stale by comparison. I love how electronic music is constantly evolving, this is precisely the reason I have moved so far away from hip-hop. Dubstep = the future, hip-hop = the past. Sorry, that's just how I hear it.
