picket, you have to complete the campagine to get the helmet, to get the armor, you have to complete the campaigne without killing a single engineer, (those blue thingd the brutes rigged to explode near you) if you walk near one and they explode its ok, just dont shoot at it. :)

u can download it from the xboxlive marketplace. its a "programm" which lists all ur achievements in every halo game available on xbox360; Halo 3, halo 3ODST and halo wars. also u can watch trailers, u can find bonus information, etc. u can say its a information center for halo in general.

You can just download halo waypoint off of xbl. doing that gets you the shirts, 343 guilty spark, and the ODST helmet. In order to get the ODST armor and the recon helmet you have to get some achievements from Halo: ODST

Yes, the ODST and Recon helmets are different for Male and Female avatars. Female avatars get Dares Recon Helmet and just a plain ODST Helmet, where males just get a plain Recon Helmet and the Rookies ODST helmet.
