These videos are funny but i dislike the idea of frustrating and making customers angry. Imagine if you were shopping and someone started to put stuff in your cart. It certainly would be frustrating. Perhaps once you put stuff in the cart, when the shopper realizes that you put in their cart, say "oh im sorry" it will leave them puzzled but also will make them smile maybe...What im trying to say is, the whole point of making these videos is to make people smile in awkward situations :)
