the old version of that gun from 1998 had a better spring in it and plunger an it shot so hard with standard darts in it, it broke the skin on my brother. it kind of looked like a paintball welt!!

go with cpvc its the best... but i wouldnt cpvc the whole barrel, i made min like 3 inches and i still have excellent accuracy and range
