I'm a level 3 1st degree black belt. So I know from experience when I say this. The ITA is a system of mcdojos. I trained with mr. Michael Barker of Moreno Valley for 2 years and I moved and went to a kenpo dojo where I took up MMA. I learned more about really FIGHTING in those 8 months there then I did in my2 years in TKD.

Hum.. well, some good tricks, but need to lvl up lol cuz they don't rocks at all..
Plus it's not even Taekwondo in its purest form, just some begginers tricking around & doing some "weird" kicks lol
