  • Boy where you been all your life, That there's one of them new car boats!....LOVE IT!!!

  • damn cant stand that whiney voiced spittin fat hick sherif...gets under my skin

reminds of some of the asshole cops i've encountered runnin through florida.

  • LOL I got me a regular Ben Hur down here.

  • need any help j.w? hellllllllllll no! j.w is epic

  • I'd have to say...them type shay-reefs is purdy well extinctified here these days, seems as though the world has gone plum Pee-See! :-)

  • This movie came out in 1973. Smokey and the Bandit came out in 1977..... I think we found the influence and inspiration for Sheriff Buford T. Justice!

  • the orginal james bond movie are like some of the most epic

  • I luv this film always makes me laugh cos of JW Pepper...

  • whts thts thing in his mouth?

    is he chewing tobbacco?

  • Mrs Pearson just called seems the dogs foaming all at the mouth she's got him locked up in the shed wondering if you like to come over and shoot it for her - - - -

You tell Mrs Pearson to take a flying F - - - JW is the man.

  • Another great line was: "Are you sure that was your brother in law, Sheriff?"

  • ROFL! That there's one of them new carboats. Just about the funniest quotes of all time. A brilliant scene

  • JW Pepper did actually make that movie. Says something about the movie when THAT guy is the scene stealer.

  • "..if they's YOURS, that it is..."

  • "Ten fingers on the fender"....it´s its classic phrase. JW Pepper, the fastest Louisiana sheriff.

later on in this same Live n let Die movie, the sheriff says "Secret agent?...On whose side?".

Great character. He is still alive thank God.

  • During the 70s, this speedboat jump was in the Guiness (sp) book of Worl Records for longest boat jump over land. Not sure if it still holds today.

  • ten fingers on the fender. LOL

  • Brand new 1973 Chevy models were used in this movie! Some of them were wrecked!

  • His spits are EPIC!

  • watch the man, JW is in it also

  • Thick as common pig shit....lol. Common pig shit. It is a funny clip.

  • If JW Pepper pulled me over, I would think he sounded funny too. I'm from Baton Rouge and I think their accent is much deeper than mine. It's just Parish to Parish accents and word usage is much different from one to another. I can cross the Parish line 20 miles and they sound different. A little bit of useless knowledge from me to you. Anyway, decent Bond movie, but Casino Royale and Goldeneye are killer.

  • Funiest bit at 0:55 LOLLOLOL so funny these classic bonds

  • I always laugh when the dude flies to water after JW Pepper shot 007's motor.

  • Best bond withy Roger Moore!!!!!!!

  • "By the power, invested, in me, by this parish, i do hearby commondeer this vehicle and all those persons within. And that means you.. smart ass"

best quote in all the film lmao! XD

  • Classic, man, classic!!! I saw this film when it first came out, and never tire of seeing it! Just ordered it in Blu-Ray from Amazon! Can't wait to see it....again! ; )

  • Awesome, i only have them on dvd =]

  • where u been all ur life - that there's one of them new car boats - brilliant..........

  • Could somebody from the south please tell me if this guy nailed a southern sheriff or if it was over the top.

"I got me a regular Ben Hurr down here doing 95 minimum!!"

    Great line!!

  • the camera is horrible

  • JW is from a time when The James Bond Film WAS what you'd call...

    Damn entertaining!

Unlike the two RECENT pieces of po faced shite.

  • lol... what a fool.

  • "A SECRET AGENT!!!.......ON WHOOOSSS SIDE" lol funny

  • "By theee poweeer invested in MEEE by thiiis parish I hereby do comendeer this VEHIIICKLE and all those personswithin"

    Hahahaha!!.

  • What The F* ROOOOAAARRR

    1:32

  • One of the best Bond movies ever.

  • j w pepper, clifton james is his real name and he's the best part in live and let die and the man with the golden gun.

  • you got that right boy.

    (spitting on the floor) yeah:,D!!!!

  • I like how southerners say vehicle like VEHICKLE

  • lol as a Brit ive always noticed that.

  • @Gforcebond lol true! :-P

i freaking CRACKED UP when i read you say that!, lol :-P

  • Who doesn't love Bond?

  • spin around boy ten fingers on the fender haha

  • I live in Louisiana.

Damn rednecks make the rest of us look bad.

  • What is the name of the actor who portrays the black Russian at 1:20?

  • Russian? He's an african american he ain't russian!

  • I know that he isn't Russian, but J W Pepper describes him as a Black Russian when he is on the radio in the car. Its one of the many crazy things that he comes out with! Ha ha

  • Awsome Movie!

  • BOY

  • "and that means you. smartass! " it was a good charater and fit the movie well. however, they should of let it go and brought him back for a redux. (man with the golden gun) he didnt fit in the follow-up as well.

  • J.W. Pepper is so funny

  • I got so excited when the sheriff appeared again in the man with the golden gun

  • lol

  • BOY where ya been all yur life, that ther one dem new car-boats...

  • good ole fashion louisiana accent.

    nothin like it.

  • "boy" -LMAO!

"You won't hear that anymore. The US has become way too PC... sad"

    U can say that again!

  • The chase scene is really good but quality is very bad

  • 1970's redneck cops!!!!! LMFAO! To think there were actually cops like this back in the day. Hillarious.

  • Call it what you want. You dumbassed city boys don't know shit. You can keep you're dumbass ways, and your rolling blackouts, and your street gangs and your high assed taxes. You don't see this in the South. You'll get sent home with your hat in your hand. Good day.

  • Yes, your gangs wear ghost costumes.

  • Comment removed

  • fuck off

  • "that theres one of those new car boats" love this film abnd its whole southern sterotype.

  • Cousin Billy Bob will get 'im!

  • "boy" -LMAO!

You won't hear that anymore. The US has become way too PC... sad

  • spin around boy! ten fingers on the fender!

  • i have realben hur

  • lawl. Anyways, fix the audio lag :O

  • that offendin' Ve-hi-cle

  • wats in j.w peppers mouth

  • Chewing tobacco or "bacco"

  • reminds me of smokey and the bandit!!! lol!!!

  • except this came before smokey and the bandit, but you probably knew that

  • ya lol It's cool how the whole "down south sherriff" stereotype found in Smoky and The Bandit, Dukes of Hazzard, and other stuff like that started in a Bond Film!!! Just shows the signifigance of Bond in film history!

  • 95 minimun

  • Go get 'em J W !!

  • jw peppers is the man

  • regular ben hur wat a man

  • im sure this aint ur debut. hahahaa

  • I remember this. My dad took to the movies as a 14 year old to the 007. everyone cracked up this part. Woordrige, New Jersey. great movie. Bond fan forever.

  • "Tell Miss Pearson take a flying beep beep"

    Quality from a legend

  • Unrealistic... a real Louisiana bayou Sheriff would've put him down as soon as he reached for the gun. Or as soon as the Sheriff even looked at him cross he'd have just started his long march to Angola [world-famous Louisiana State Prison]!

  • and then you would send everyone to sleep with your comment

  • then everyone would just tell you to pipe down.

  • Huh?

  • "That there is one of them new car-boats"

    LOL!

  • At the time the boat jump at 110 ft. was the longest ever.

  • lol almost every car in this movie is a 73 Chevy

  • Chevrolet sponsored that movie, that's why.

  • They should have used 24 inch rims on his Impala Custom hardtop (with a thumper box)...

  • 10 fingers on the fender! lol

  • this was the first bond flm i saw (2007 xmas lol) and my god, did he lighten up the film!

  • Watch more Bond!

  • J.W. Best character ever. Typical southern breed of lawman. Proud of his work and as it is set in Louisiana he spoke of parish instead of the usual county. Well his performance was the most enjoyable "by the by".

  • 'What the (inaudible)' you know what he says lol.

  • Sheriff Pepper was so good in this 007 film, they used him again in the 1974 007 film "Man With The Golden Gun". He's admittedly a stereotype character, but honest, likeable, and funny all the while.

  • Oh my god J.W Pepper he should have been the next Bond.

  • This dude is great. I bought the movie the other day just for JW Pepper. "Nobody cuts & runs on Sheriff JW Pepper and its him speaking that by the by" clasic.

  • "Ya need any help, J.W.?"

    "Heeeeeeeeelllll no!"

  • jw, is it just me or is the sounds like completely off

  • You picked the wrong parrish to haul ass bouyyyy

  • Apparently the Sheriff's car being destroyed by the boat was actually not intended to happen - but they kept it in anyway...

  • My favorite Bond film. The boat scene was filmed in my home town Slidell, LA. This scene happen to be on my dads route to work in New Orleans East. He came home one day and told us they were filming a Bond film. Being a kid in junior high I thought that was pretty cool.

  • boatman is a legend

  • Yeah i agree, boatman is immortal. His headers are really good too for villains utd.

  • the bloke gor a pekka

  • JW is the man he so redneck like and that is funny as heck. Secret Agent on who's side.

  • 10 fingers on the fender, boat chase hilarious, funniest Bond movie I've seen

  • lol. This is funny. I love the older movies a lot better. Go 007.

  • Don't mess with mister Bondddddd.

  • What's wrong with the audio/video sync?

  • Dunno, sorry ! That's the way it came out. Tried it a couple of times !

  • Got to love it!

  • That was so funny, for a minute I thought I was watching Smokey & The Bandit.. lol!
