It's fair enough to question the editorial decisions, and I'm sure the presenters can and do have input into the content, but it's not practical to expect them to write or fact check all of the items within a bulletin (regardless of what channel they're on). I'm sure they're busy enough to leave the lightweight 'and finally' bit to someone else.
