this is a nice video...but i do have a few queries and would appreciate a discussion response to this.
1st one :
What is the number bottom line in terms of exchange that this model has given?( would appreciate if you can explain with a real case scenario with real names)
Models are means to an end and my initial assessment with this model is that it does have structured thinking process but each word of the 5 competency mentioned encapsulates so many different parameters. To be Honest it is actually very complicated, can simpler methods be worked out because even the values of AIESEC performs the competency that is mentioned here, can new model be formed call Value cum Competency - this is more for discussion
When the question asked what is AIESEC ? and the answer given over here implies the fact we can get leaders without doing any exchange and hence can be a misleading communication
Can the sentence be rephrased :
Int. platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential through participation/working in Exchange process that would provide impact on society.
The reasons i use the word exchange as this has been one of the core product
