  • Looking back at my comment from two years ago.

    It sucks Yamato never released the Destroid Phalanx. ;_;

  • The Destroid pilots are always shown as being more targets than anything else, while the fighter pilots get all the screen time. I think we should have a Destroid pilot as a main character in the next Macross just to change it up. Maybe a woman.....mains are always the men.....

  • So, which 1/60 Destroid you'd recommend? The Defender or the Tomahawk?

  • @nightslash3535 Both are good, so I'd recommend get the one you like more.

  • @Wizartar I don't really know, I LOVE the Destroid monsters but I can't really think of getting one or both because again, I LOVE Destroids.

  • I love these destroids. A pair of chunky robot legs topped off by a torso brimming with guns; what more could you ask for?

  • I always thoght the Defender looked the most badass...

    ... then i saw the Tomahawk...

  • Ah yes, the ol' Defender, aka Cannon Fodder for incoming swarms of Glaug and Regault Batle Pods, next to that other piece'o target practice the Tomahawk.

  • ironic i only know this as the rifleman mech ;.;

  • yeah, battletech copied the design.

  • WOOHOO! Defendahawk!

    Why aren't there any Frankenroids in the animes? Haha.

  • what is that from?

  • It's from Super Dimension Fortress Macross sometimes know as Robotech (Macross saga) depending where in the world you look because of licensing

  • Thanks

  • The "track runners", as you called them, on the arm, (visible when you snapped it out to show the articulation), is actually the guns ammunition chutes from the magazines.

    Love you reviews, man! They have helped me in my decisions on what macross mecha i buy foir awhile now.

    Also, the music choice in each of your reviews are always spot on. *thumbs up*

    Cheers, mate!

  • Thanks!

  • your reviews rule!, thanks!..

  • GREAT REVIEWS. Do you know if Yamato makes a low visibility armor parts for their 1/60 VF-1 series? or if they plan to make a package for the 1/60 scales?

  • So far none have been released for the 1/60 VF-1s v2, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

  • what's with the squeaky voice?

  • That part of the video was talkin too long so I sped up the footage.

  • Oh Wizartar.....you didn't had to do that. Josh and Atom didn't mind lengthing their reviews, so you shouldn't fast-forward on our accounts.

    Besides, I like your way of speech. They get me interested in hearing more of your show and tell.

  • Hobby Link Japan (HLJ) is a good place to get them

  • Thanks for the great reviews.
