we dont need to legislate against it bulling has been going on since school started sorry bulling happens if kids kill themselves thats not the bullies fault. you can make some do something they dont want to do......zero tolerance is a bunch of crap I was bullied and guess what Im a better person for it

Your exactly right. Bullying HAS TO STOP! TONS of kids every year are committing suicide because they think they have no way out.
1. Bullys need to just grow up and stop tormenting others
2. People who are being bullied, need to stand up for themselves.
3. The schools and/or parents need to pay closer attention to what their kids are doing. Because it might just save a life.
